Best way to calculate calories burned?
I'm new to all of this so bear with me I've been trying to find an accurate way to calculate how many calories I've burned by a work out. A lot of places and tools I'm looking at online, including where MFP auto fills in the calories when you input your exercise, and most of them are saying it's inaccurate.
