advice need for this newbie. thanks in adavance.
So my goals here are number one to be all around healthier. I need to do the basic loose weight and tone up. So cardio and deficiency in calories is what I need right???
Everything is bigger in Texas!!! But not me!
I finally got realistic. Im never going to be a waif. What I need is to be healthy and all I really need to loose is 50 to 60 lbs. I read that support is key. So please add me and let's support each other!
