Hi all! I'm Donna...44 years old from Niagara Region of Ontario. Starting this journey to a healthier me, for what feels like at least the 100th time. Over a hundred pounds to lose, breaking it down into smaller goals so I don't get overwhelmed. Love to hear from others for words of support, tips etc.
