Flaxseed recipes
Ok so I've been reading all of the health benefits of flaxseed. Well dummy me buys whole seeds instead of ground and I have no way to grind it up ( I even put some in a baggie and beat them with a hammer lol). But waste not want not! Does anyone have good recipes that call for using the seed?

MFP and Fitbit
I'm sure this question has been asked before but I can't find it anywhere. I have a Fitbit zip linked to MFP. Am I suppose to add my excercise even though the Fitbit is keeping track of my steps? It just doesn't seem like the Fitbit is giving me any real credit for working out. It only gave me 87 step points even though…

Water retention
Just want to know how much water you ladies retain "that time of the month". It's so frustrating to be doing every right-diet, excercise and staying hydrated to not see results on the scale.
