Yet another introduction
My name is Abby and I'm 41. I recently had VSG on July 11 because the osteoarthritis in my ankles had gotten so bad that I couldn't walk more than what was required at work. Since July 1 (start of my pre-op diet), I'm down almost 40 pounds and my ankles can definitely tell a difference!

I had VSG on July 11 - started my pre-op diet on July 1. As of today, I'm down almost 40 pounds, and am loving every minute of it. I rarely have a day that I'm hungry, even though I'm still on restricted calories.
