So I was wondering why are the calories on my fitbit app and myfitnesspal different? Which one is a better one to go with? The calories burned are also a big difference. It hits 1.5k burned calories on fitbit but only 950 on myfitnesspal.
I have been searching online and can't seem to find the right answer. I'm 5'1 and I want to know what the recommended weight is. :)
