KETO - favorite foods/meals/recipes?
Hello everybody! I'm new to this group. I have been doing a keto diet for 8 days. Have lost 5.3lbs so far. I am in need of some new food and meal ideas! I have been eating broccoli, greens, olives, cheese, ham, eggs, bacon, salads with cheese and ranch (no croutons) I keep my intake ration 70%fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs.…
