What should I do to get a flat(ter) stomach?
Hi! I'm 18 and 5"4' (163cm); I currently weigh about 106lbs(48kg). I don't calorie restrict but on average I probably eat 1,200-1,700 calories a day, which lets me maintain a weight between 104 and 108lbs. So in that sense I am very happy with my body! But yet my stomach is a little flabby and I want it to be flatter but…
