Hello, 70 Pounds to lose.
Hello, 70 Pounds; ( 5 Stone to lose ). Starting weight: 182 Pounds ( heaviest I've been ). I used to be 112 Pounds, 104 Pounds @ my lightest. The last few years I've gained the weight & my goal is to slim down to 112 Pounds & lower my ridiculously high BMI! Which is 34.4 & I'm 5"1" ( Height ). Good luck MFP'ers!
