Am I Sedentary or Lightly Active?
Hi all, I've just been confused with my activity level to determine how many calories I should take in each day. I'm 18, female, 5'5" and weigh 105lbs. I am trying to gain 0.5lbs per week, mainly muscle and some fat for sports (lacrosse and soccer). With a Sedentary Lifestyle, MFP says I should take in 1,810 calories each…
