Already small but want to lose gut
I am at 106 at 5'2". But I have a jiggly bubble gut. I do 20 min of HIIT 6 days a week and another 20-30 min of either jogging,swimming or resistance 6 days a week. I eat all halal thy foods all week (unless I have a bad day sometimes lol) and I have one rest day where I rest and can choose some sweets and more carbs. I…
