having no thyroid and relying on medication sucks. I wish I had the energy to workout. I try to eat as healthy as I can but the dang scale won't move
any crafters??? I love to wire wrap rings and make bracelet. At my old job I would work 110 hours a pay period so i didn't get to workout and I picked up this habit. I love making jewelry and now I'm back to running. I started at 240 now down to 180's
