Hi all I'm new to this group I'm hoping to start some sort of exercise I've had three year of surgery and at the moment I have broken toes I can't walk very far so I'm going to get on a bike although I have been putting it off so Monday's the day. I from Australia and having an Indian summer it's going on and on this year.
