Ready to get back to my ideal weight
Hi! I'm Beth. I'm a 37 year old mother of 2 and back in November I got hurt so my normally active lifestyle took a backseat. I had to undergo surgery in February and in the past 7 months, I've gained almost 12lbs. Regardless of how slow I have to go to get there, I'm ready to get back to the old me.
