Hi everyone! I'm an excited fitness newbie that has overcome unhealthy struggles to emerge with happy commitment into a new life of keto/paleo and Crossfit. My goal is to drop 20-30 pounds of (gained during study) fat in the next 6 months and I'm fine with gaining it in muscle.
