Hi everyone, I'm wondering if my calorie intake is correct. It's telling me I can intake 1200 calories per day. Current Weight: 165 Height: 5'7' Age:40 Slightly Active Goal: 135 2 pounds a week Also, if I workout do I get to eat those calories? Thank you so much!
