So I've been running at home on the elliptical machine for the past two weeks. I also cut down on all junk food - eating clean healthy food. Why can't I still lose weight?
Hi all, I'm new to this app and finding it difficult to understand how and what to use. May be simple but need pointing to the right direction. I am hoping to lose 28pounds so about 2 stones. Would ideally like to join a community of only ladies.. HELP!!
