UP negative calorie adj w/ MFP
I am hoping for some answers. I finally got my UP (older model) sync w/ MFP and of course the calorie adjustment is negative. I'm not understanding this. If I am burning calories, how can it be negative? I just don't get it. Should I just manually input my exercises instead of leaving it to the device? What are you (the…
