Just diagnosed prediabetic
Hi all! As if having bad arthritis in both knees and about to have 2nd surgery isn't enough motivation, my doctor just called to say I'm now prediabitic! So this is it! It's now about my health, not how i look in a bathing suit. Anyone out there struggling with similar issues?
