So I've been using myfitnesspal on & off the past month or so & would really like to add some friends for motivation/support. I'm doing a Low carb diet - trying to stick to 20g carbs a day so especially anyone who is also doing low carb please add me!! I would love any tips and recipes etc. Thanks!! :)
