What are your favorite ways to (accurately) burn 200 calories?
Hey all! I'm just looking for ideas as I've decided to split up my deficit between food consumption and exercise (I won't be eating the 200 exercise cals back). I'm currently compiling a list of cardio exercises from which I can chose what I am in the mood for...and having major brain fart. What are your favorite ways to…

Lifting, weight loss, and deficits.
I just started SL5x5. Is a 500 cal deficit too much now or should that be okay? I'm hoping to decrease my fat % as it is pretty high.

84lbs down, more than half way there.
From 260lbs to 176lbs in 4 years with breaks along the way. Around 40-50lbs to go! Until I saw these pictures side-by-side, it was hard to see and accept my progress.. I'll never give up Oreos, either. ;)

Diet and heart disease.
Hi all! My mother lost her battle with heart disease a few days ago. Heart disease is hereditary (my sister currently has it) in my family, and I noticed quite a few 'heart friendly' diets floating around. What I'd like to know is are these diets faddy, or is there some substance to them? I do know GPs aren't really a…

Which fitness tracker?

Basically, I am after a fitness tracker that will monitor heart rate and give me an idea of how many calories I burn during resistance training/body weight exercises, some cardio (kickboxing). I'm…

Progressing from 'knee push-ups' to standard push ups.
Hi. I've been struggling with standard push ups due to wrist pain (after 2-3 standard pushups), then have to drop to my knees for the rest. However, if my hands are under my face instead of my chest, I get shoulder pain. I've tried readjusting hand placement with no luck. I get this with push up bars, too, is it's possibly…
