This is what I do. Life is just far too short to cut out chocolate. ;)

Is the coconut water you’ve consuming 100% pure coconut water?

The recipe builder doesn’t usually tap into our own entries, but instead of the recipe builder, you can add all items into one section of your diary (eg, breakfast) then save that as a meal, so next time you can just add as a meal instead of adding the ingredients manually. As for the bagel or any foods you eat, you’re…

They truly are! I’ll never forget opening up the capsule and counting out the tiny beads to wean down.
-
Absolutely agree with this. Wean off very slowly. It took me around 3-5 months to wean off, and I still had side effects. Brain zaps stayed with me for months after weaning off. Never again!

N=1? Weight will not come off the exact same way every time you lose weight. Also, I wasn't the only one who replied to and/or disagreed with your post.... fibre has nothing to do with breast reduction or growth, unless you can point me to some valid scientific evidence that it does. I’m sure many of us will appreciate…
-
Dude. No, just no. Most of us here are high fibre.... and what you’re saying does not compute. At all.
-
No. You got your advice.... If you’re unhappy with the way you look and are at goal weight, try recomping (eating maintenance calories and doing progressive heavy lifting). You can’t spot reduce. Or gain boobs without paying for them. Also, no ones being “salty” here, they’re just being truthful because they’ve been there…

A good nights sleep, hydration and good nutrition. Caffeine, ginseng, B and D vitamins can help energize as well.

Same here!

Please do have a read through of the link provided! It’s very informative!

Does that matter?

Do we get to beat the devil out of the butter knife after we’re done buttering the happy little toasts? Asking for a friend...

There are many here who started at obese or morbidly obese and managed to use CICO to lose weight. I was 275lb! Not everyone here who has had a say has only 20lbs to lose, and, the last 20 or so pounds is the hardest to lose, anyway.
-
Sounds.....messy. Glad you didn’t go with that combination!
-
Yeah, I’m wondering this as well. How very odd......
-
Why the rush? That doesn’t sound healthy or sustainable.
-
Lemon actually doesn’t do that (detox), unfortunately. Detoxifying in this manner in bunk, sorry. Livers, kidneys and skin do an excellent job. The only people that need detox are drug addicts..

QFT!!
-
No thank you, I’m good.
-
You work out 5+ hours a day? Did I read that right?
-
That’s where the ice cream, candy and booze lives... :drinker:
-
Hmmmm.... NOPE.
-
Yep, unfortunately, spot reducing isn’t possible. Do you have much weight to lose, OP? A calorie deficit is the best way to reduce fat. No exercises will help flattening things out, unfortunately. This!
-
HIIT to and from the fridge!
-
^^ this! I was one who was gaining on “healthy” foods. Healthy foods can be quite calorific! :drinker:
-
It appears OP isn’t weighing some of their solid foods in grams. It’s true that to lose fat, one has to be in a calorie deficit, but macros are purely individual.
-
Very true! I have an atomizer so I weigh the bottle before and after sprays. I know, right? Also, oatmeal and other grains. It’s nuts (pun intended).
-
I just took a peek at your diary.. I see a lot of cups and spoon measurements for foods such as cheese, peanut butter, oatmeal, grains. Weigh your eggs. Weigh everything that isn’t a liquid/can be poured. Spoons and cups for liquids only. Weigh everything, even the bread slices and prepackaged foods.
