Based on Fitness Pal I should be losing weight but I am not
I am eating approx. 1000 calories per day. I am older, 66 but not sedentary. Active, work, but instead of losing weight, I at a standstill or gaining. I do weigh daily which is possibly a bad idea, but it isn't uncommon for me to gain 1-2 lbs after eating 700-950 calories total the previous day. Frustrated
