Hi all, I've been on a diet now for over a year - started on herbalife last July at a massive 235kgs and now weigh 164 so about another year to go. I train 5 times a week for 90 minutes and try really hard but some weeks it's just 1/2 kg off and it's those weeks which made me invest in a fitness tracker and mfp. Here comes…
