i have cut my calories back to 1200 no sugar no soda only water lots of veggie no fired foods. I added in very quick walk 2xweek and bike once a week both are 2.5 miles. I have lost not a single frikin pound and I'm losing hope here idk wat I'm doing wrong
hi everyone I'm a mom of four and recently my husband wasked out on us so I'm fighting depression with excersize and trying to loose weight. I am tall so I don't look too big but I'm 50 lbs over weight due to back to back pregnancies. I really hope I can keep my motivation
