I have been exercising for 3 weeks now. I began walking 20 min 3 days the first week and have now completed 2 weeks of the C25K. I do C25k 3 days a week and 30 minuted on the elliptical 3 days a week. Today, I started a 21 day detox. I also take probioslim twice daily. Am I on the right track? My initial goal is to lose…
