App end of day weight?
I'm a little confused? At the end of the day when you finish for the day it shows what you could weigh in 5 weeks.... If I eat the same calories the last few days why would it show a pound MORE yesterday and today? Am I doing something wrong here?? I stay soon close in my Marcos everyday?

I've just ( again) started my weight loss journey... I need to loose at least 100lbs. I'm trying to go kind of lis carb, high protein around 1300 cals a day, I'm really confused what settings I should have for my % of fat, carb, protein?!?!
