Can't see or feel a difference?
I started off at 17st 11 on 28th July. Today, 21st Sept, I'm at 15st 3 and I can't feel or see any difference. It's disheartening. I'm not starving myself, but I'm very careful with what I eat (no carbs, mostly lots of fresh fruits, veg, eggs and fish). Why can't I see a loss in dress size, or even see any sort of change?
