It's hard work and determination to loose the weight, but it's very difficult letting it "weigh" me down each day! I've set goals to lose 20 lbs. at a time. I know I'll be so happy to see increments of 5 lb loses. (I've already seen 2 of them.) READY! SET! Keep Going!
