In 2012 I weighed 183 pounds(83 kg). In 2013 I started exercise and diet for about 3 months and my final weight was 158 pounds(71 kg). Unfortunately, I am almost back to my old weight, I weigh 169 pounds(77 kg) Which is not good! I am looking for any support friends so we can give each other tips and encourage each other…
