Steps tracker
I'm wanting to get a device that counts your steps activity, and sleep. I'm leaning towards a Jawbone or FitBit. Any suggestions?

Any Couch to 5k people out there?
If so, I'm on week 2 on my C25k & love it. I'm not an experienced runner. Any running/jogging tips would be great.

Just started MFP! Excited to continue my weight loss journey!
I've lost a total of 45 pounds with a strict diet. I'm losing my last 15 with MFP. I love filling my body with whole and healthy foods. And I'm new to the running scene. Any tips would be great! Thanks, friends!
