Hi everyone F/5'1"/BW233/CW208GW132 At the beginning of May I started pedaling on a recumbent bike , walking and water aerobics. I lost a few pounds just taking it easy. Beginning of June, I started eating low carb, keeping my calories at 1200, and continued the exercise. In 2 months, 2 weeks I am down 25lbs.
