Finally becoming an active member and looking for some support.
I am 31 married with a 2 1/2 year old boy. I stepped on the scale and saw my weight go in the wrong direction to a number I never seen. I need to change my life. My desk job doesn't help either. Add me as a friend I will provide support knowing that is what I need as well.
