Join me! After about a year of takeout I am huge and I'm done with it. Used to follow a paleo diet 4 days out of the week and run 5 k, I'm looking to get back to that and even surpass it!
I'm a casual runner, I did a 5 k last year but have since fallen out of practice. I somehow gained 15 pounds and it's time for a change! Grab your running shoes and let's band together new friends! :D
