My next goal
I set my goals on every drop into the next category of numbers for example 245 to 239 or 230 to 229. I like making it to a new catalogue... it keeps me excited through out my weight loss because " losing 3 or 5 lbs etc happens many times in the course of weight loss but going down another next category only happens once.

Looking for weight lose buddies
I started out 6 weeks ago and have lost 16 lbs so far... I want to keep going as I have over 50 lbs to lose.. would appreciate having and giving support to people who would like to share their adventure as well.

What's the best tasting meal replacement protein powder. I used to get Ballys but they don't make it anymore. Can't stand the chalky stuff.

Calorie count of foods
any suggestions on easy calorie count apps, sites or whatever. I drink smoothies and other such multi ingredient items. It seems so cumbersome to calculate without a good source. I am new to fitness pal.
