Trying to Lower A1C Of 11
Hello all, for those that have been there. I'm trying to Lower my A1C. I'm 56 yesrs old and I weigh 233 lbs. I haven't taken care of myself and now t need to. Looking for support!!!!! Since I am financially strapped I had to start using insulin R and N. Which will lower my sugar when I exercise.
