5'3'' mom of 3 under 8.. I'm trying to lose 40 and I'm 9 down so I have little ways to go... It is hard for me to find time to fully work out till they go to bed then I just want to be lazy.....
Anyone with advice on doing all this with 3 little girls and a husband who can eat whatever he wants and lose weight!!!
