I gain so much motivation from other people and especially visually. I am 47 year old women with atleast 40 pounds to lose, I already lost 15 over the past year. But with being older and also some hormone and thyroid issues it doesn't leave like my 30's! I need to hang on to hope and not buy into the your too old crap.....
