Hi again! One of my kids favorite meal is ground beef, eggs and potatoes all mixed together. My question is, how to I accurately count those calories for myself? I can't really weigh each individual ingredient because it's all mixed together.
Hi everyone! Goal goal is set at 1200. I workout for about 2 hours a day/4 days a week. I know I'm suppose to be eating more because I'm working out. My problem is, I haven't eaten my 1200 a day since I started this app and it won't update in my news feed because I'm getting a notice that tells me that this isn't healthy.…
