I got a new job that requires me to sit 3/4 of the day. I want to be active but really cant leave my desk that much. I've been reading about under the desk pedal machines. Do you have an opinion or thoughts on these?
Can you help me with inspiration? I would love to hear your story! I am a mother of 3(ages 9,11 & 13), work full time and starting back to college full time. I need some help with baby steps with willpower! I want this so bad but so I need HELP and inspiration! I keep telling myself its only 30lbs, but its a rough 30lbs!!!
