Is it possible to go from 165 to 150 in 30 days in a safe way? I am in a wedding in 30 days, surrounded by 4 other ladies that are all a size 0. I am really having a tough time with the thought of this. Anyone have this happen before? I know 150 still isn't skinny but I couldn't be a size 0, and I wouldn't want to be.
I am 5'3 and 170lbs. I have lost inches but no weight. I work out everyday and really watch my calories. Trying to get to 150 as a mini goal, and then eventually 125.
