i haven't been able to lose weight. I stay the same but workout everyday. Is it because I'm not eating back my calories? If so, how do u lose weight if ur eating back what you've worked off?

is it true that if your muscles r sore, they hold water which makes u gain weight? I workout everyday and log everything I eat and it's just upsetting to see the scale go up. Will it ever go down?
I always feel it's easier to get through this with support and motivation! Also, people that know what they're doing and can teach me!
Im 5'7 and weigh 205. The last time I was this big, I was 9 months pregnant. I just started running on my treadmill an hour everyday and also do T25 workout. I'm desperate to lose weight. I wanna feel good again about myself. I refuse to buy bigger clothes....I need help and motivation to get me through this!
