I recently started working out at a gym. Im 280, trying to lose 80-100lbs. Ive been working out at the gym for about a hour 6 days a week. I have found that although Im very tired by the evening, I can not fall asleep. I wake up several times a night which is out of the ordinary for me. I haven't had a full night sleep…
im 280 and would like to lose 60-80 pounds. I've been going to the gym everyday for one hour of not more. Half cardio half the time strength training. Am I going too often, to long? How often should I be exercising.
