I started about 3 months ago and was doing great lost 12 lbs in 2 months but this last month I been stuck at 160 and can't stop eating chocolates, chips or just fast food help I need motivation.
I been trying to go down to 145, Im 170, had a baby 1 year ago and gain 25 lbs after that it's been harder for me to lose weight I still eat.like if I was pregnant. Need people to motivate me pleasee
