I'm looking for motivation to exercise...I tend to be lazy! There I admitted it. Please add me as a friend if you'd like to give me a virtual swift kick in the rear to get me going. I prefer to use my own body weight and things at home to exercise...correct, I have no equipment.
HI, I'm a 47 year old mom of 5...had the last one at 40 and have been struggling with my weight since. I am vegetarian and have started intermittent fasting. I'm 5'3" at 138 with a goal to loose 10-15 pounds. I just started May 4th and have already lost 2 pounds and feel great and determined.
