Uh-oh
Fell off for about two weeks. Need to get back on track but lacking major motivation. Haven't been eating terribly and I'm not gaining weight but I'm not losing it either. Need to get back to working out and sticking to a routine it's just getting the push.

Breakfast is super easy for me it's normally just granola and a yogurt for work and some water. But I need some ideas for lunch and dinner meal preps to get me through the week. No allergies , open to any ideas !

Day One.
Today is day one for me and I couldn't be more excited and afraid. Getting motivated to start this journey hasn't been easy whatsoever. But I'm learning to put myself first and this is what needs to be done. If anybody has any routines , tips or helpful hints I'm all ears ! Please & thank you.
