im new here and hoping for some encouragement along the way!! Trying to lose baby weight, my little girl is 9 months tomorrow and desperately want to lose 2 stone!! I'm heavier now than what I was just before she was born at 35 weeks! Suffered with PND which I don't think has helped, I need to stop the comfort eating
