Got through the first week. Doing good cut out breads pastas anything with high carbs cut out my pop all together. Eating really nothing but veggies fruit and meat. Drinking lots of water and getting my flavored sparkling water. Have another 55 to go.
i started last Friday. And weighed myself this morning I've lost 10lbs I know mostly water weight but it's a great start. My beginning weight was 210 need to loose 60
went to the dr last Friday and the dr started me on a diet I've cut way down on carbs and dropped pop. ugh been doing good though hope I lost something this week.
