hello, needing some support and motivation
Hi everyone, Im back at mfp again after falling off a few years ago. Im hoping to lose 40lbs I'm currently 175lb. I know food is my downfall. Ive been going to the gym about 3-4 times a week for the past 3 months with a couple of pounds lost. The amount of food or the types of food I eat are the culprit. I love my sweets…
