I'm the only one in my house trying to lose weight. Its just me my husband and our 6 year old. Is anyone else in this situation cause i find it hard to cook for my family when it really not what i should eat.....pastas, breads,carbs...ect....

I'm new to MFP and motivation is going to be a needed thing because I have low self esteem and feel I'm failing. My goal is to lose 80+ and I have epilepsy also. Any friends or good advice would be great. I'm still learning the app slowly but surely.✌
